The YSTRAL Conti-TDS combines multiple process steps into one powerful machine, making your powder handling and liquid mixing more efficient and cleaner. From powder transport and induction to wetting, dispersion, and complete de-agglomeration, all are achieved without dust or product loss.
With the Conti-TDS, powders are inducted and dispersed directly into the liquid under vacuum, preventing agglomeration. This inline process leads to better raw material utilisation, improved product quality, and significant cost savings.
Based on YSTRAL’s renowned inline disperser technology, the Conti-TDS uses a specialised rotor-stator system that creates a strong vacuum. This negative pressure draws powder from silos, big bags, sacks, or barrels directly into the liquid, dust-free and without any product loss.
High shear forces immediately subject the powder inside the liquid, rapidly dispersing it completely without clumps or lumps.
